Thriving Through Change!
On August 25, 2020, Rodd Welker of Eagle Advisor Group led the Wooster Young Professionals through a session on Thriving Through Change, a very relevant topic in today's world!
Rodd discussed how to view change in a different way and consider the real possibility that you can thrive through the changes of 2020. "Thriving is not jumping up and down with glee every time we are faced with a change. Rather it is to grow and develop despite the circumstances." Rodd shared strategies to use in order to have a "change success story." For more information, this session can be viewed on the Wooster Area Chamber of Commerce page on YouTube.
Thank you to all who joined us. We look forward to seeing you in the near future!
