New Attractions Coming This Summer!

New this summer, Acres of Fun is excited to be adding GellyBall and Spider Jump to their list of attractions. GellyBall is a low-impact shooting game featuring small, biodegradable orbs to shoot at targets or other players. The whole team at Acres of Fun is looking forward to trying out the obstacle course once it’s set up outside. Spider Jump features four parallel bungee trampolines, allowing four jumpers to test the limits of gravity at once! Since acquiring Acres of Fun in 2019, owners Natasha and Neil Wood have been hard at work renovating the park to restore it to its original glory while adding new attractions, including their most popular arcade games, Jurassic Park and PacMan Smash. Their go-karts received sparkling new paint jobs, through a sponsorship by Pro-Touch, and feature area businesses who also donated to the cause. Natasha and Neil have visions for future developments and are excited to see how the park grows in the coming years.

Acres of Fun is passionate about giving back to the community, which is why at the heart of their logo, which features icons for their different activities, is a symbol representing community involvement. “We’ve always been community driven, when organizations ask for sponsorships, we always give. This has always been something we’ve always believed in.”
